Our company has four factories. Its major mission is to timely satisfy customers’ wants and to provide best products and services at competitive prices. In 1986, we founded Dongguan Santun Yuan Fat Paper Products Limited in Hong Kong. As an export-oriented company, it mainly specializes in high-quality cardboard production. In view of expanding mainland market, we set up Yuan Fat Paper Products (Dongguan) Limited in 2002. In 2004, we further set up Zhaoqing Great Rich Paper Package Limited. It locates in the Guangdong Zhaoqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone near to the Pearl River Delta region. It covers an area of 160,000 square meters. In April 2022, our Vietnam factory Packco Package (Vietnam) Limited started its operation. It locates in Hai Duong province, in close proximity to our suppliers. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters.
Our company has established a solid reputation for future growth over the past decades. We continue to develop further potential markets and business fields. At present, our predominant advantage and strength lie in high-quality cardboard production. Our products include cardboards of A, B, C and E waves and corrugated cardboards of every type (B, C and E flute); cartons of 3-layers, 5-layers and 7-layers; paper boxes; and feeding boxes and cards of various kinds. Our major clients include transnational corporations such as Hasbro, Mattel, McDonald’s, Lidl, Innolux, Henkel, Newell, Fossil and Zojirushi. Our customer base and market influence continue to increase.
Our company makes massive investment to upgrade hardware facilities continuously. These facilities include automated carton manufacturing equipment to modern, internationally recognized cutting-edge cardboard production lines. Our production lines include high-speed corrugators, an automated Flexo Folder Gluer, an automated Flexo Rotary Die Cutter, an automated 5 Color Flexo Printer Slotters and dozens of other die cutters, stitchers, gluers, plate makers and die makers. With the upgrading of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, we optimize the use of the company's resources and improve production efficiency steadily.
With over 40 years of experience in the production and provision of services related to carton boxes, our company maintains a pool of skilled, high-caliber managerial, technical and sales personnel. We provide training and learning opportunities for our employees and managers to help replenish their knowledge and acquire new skills for improving efficiency and productivity. 1986 - Yuenfat paper products Co., Ltd. was founded in Hong Kong.
1990 - The company purchased cardboard line / automatic printing machine.
1987 - The first paper factory in Houjie was built.
1997 - ISO validation successful.
1991 - The company became the designated supplier of McDonald's brand cartons.
1999 - The company established a social responsibility system.
1998 - The company became the designated supplier of Hasbro brand cartons.
2002 - The company became the designated supplier of Mattel toy brand cartons.
2000 - The second paper factory in Dongguan was built.
2006 - The first and successful implementation of HKPC.
2004 - The company completed its paper mill in Zhaoqing.
